The use of our website and the purchase by you of a subscription through this website is conditional upon your acceptance of these rather officious (but necessary) terms and conditions. Please read on.

These terms and conditions were last updated on 21st July, 2015. Certain provisions of this legal notice may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this website.

www.lovemebeauty.com and related microsites - our “website” - is a site operated by Love Me Beauty Limited (we). We are registered in England and Wales as company number 8234460. Our registered and trading office is 31a Corsham Street, London. N1 6DR.

The first section of these Terms and Conditions deals with the terms of use of our website. The second section deals with the terms and conditions which apply when you purchase a subscription from us. The final section of these Terms and Conditions contains certain other important terms which you should be aware of, whether you are purchasing a subscription or just browsing the website.

1. Terms of Use of our website

Any use of our website other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in this legal notice, your permission to use the website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from the website.


If you want to share the content on our site with your friends, we’d be delighted, but please use the sharing tools provided.

You’re permitted to print and download extracts from the website for your own use on the following basis:

  1. No documents or related graphics on the website are modified in any way;

  2. No graphics on the website are used separately from the corresponding text; and

  3. Our copyright and trademark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on the website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing on this website grants you any license or right to use, alter or remove any trademarks, logos, images, product and company names displayed or referred to on this website.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, no part of the website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.


While we endeavor to ensure that the website is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if, for any reason, the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.


Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to the website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

We shall have no obligations with respect to material which you post on our website. You grant us an irrevocable non-exclusive, royalty-free, freely transferable and sub-licensable worldwide licence to use for any purpose any content you post on our website.

We and our designees shall be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, make derivative works of and otherwise use any material posted on our site and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the website any material:

  1. That’s threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience; or

  2. For which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals; or

  3. Which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in any country in the world; or

  4. Which advertises any product or service or solicits any business;

  5. Which identifies anyone under the age of 18. If the content identifies anyone over 18, you must have obtained their prior consent before posting the content; or

  6. Which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).

Each time you post content on our website you represent and warrant that you have the right to submit it, and are not infringing any third party’s intellectual property rights by doing so.
We reserve the right to remove any contest posted on the website without notice which we consider, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms and Conditions. However, we do not systematically review postings on our website, and we do not necessarily endorse any of the views which are posted or make any warranties or representations as to its inaccuracy or legality.

You may not misuse the website (including, without limitation, by hacking). We shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the company to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of these terms and conditions.


Links to third party websites on the website are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave the website. We have not reviewed all of these third party websites and do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability.

We therefore do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any material found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to the website, you do so entirely at your own risk.


Each registration is for a single user only . We do not permit you to share your username and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you. You agree not to impersonate any other person when using this site.


We will determine, with discretion, whether there has been a breach of these terms and conditions through your use of our site. When a breach of these terms has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate which may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

  1. Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.

  2. Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our site.

  3. Issue of a warning to you.

  4. Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.

  5. Further legal action against you.

  6. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

We exclude liability for actions we may take in response to breaches of these Terms and Conditions. The responses described above are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.


We collect personal information about you through your use of this website and our services. All information that we collect about you is subject to our privacy policy.


In order to buy a subscription for a Love Me Beauty from us you must open an account with us and accept these terms and conditions. If you don’t accept these terms and conditions, I’m afraid you will not be able to open an account and become a Love Me Beauty member.

A binding contract is formed between you and us when you purchase one of our subscription packages, which continues unless and until it is cancelled by either you or us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


We sell subscription services to our customers whereby we send the desired product at the agreed time to the desired place. Every subscription is made clear at the time of purchase and through subsequent confirmation emails.

Each month you shall receive a minimum of one order per subscriber, with 3-5 sample products, chosen by you. This is done on a credit weighted system, dependent on size, value and availability.

The customer has the option to purchase add on packages as and when they wish too. This will be treated as a one off payment and can only be used if the subscription is active i.e not cancelled or suspended.

Members have approximately 28 days from the date of credits being updated on your account to use the full 60 credits given in return of their membership fee. If you do not use your credits before your auto-renewal on the 1st, we will self select your order with products to the value of 60 credits, subject to availability.  Products will be chosen at random.  Once this order has been dispatched it can not be cancelled or changed. 

Each active membership (1 month, 3 & 6 months) will have 60 credits renewed on 1st of each month in line with their membership being renewed.  Memberships will only be renewed once funds have cleared into Love Me Beauty’s bank account.


Love Me Beauty Boxes will only be delivered to an address in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. Delivery times for boxes may vary, and we will not be responsible for any delays outside our control relating to the delivery of boxes.

The boxes will be sent by a variety of couriers depending the type of products chosen. We typically work with Hermes and Royal Mail. Delivery times being approximately 3-5 working days when dispatched from the warehouse.

If you have not received your box within 7 days of its expected delivery date, please let us know by email at: hello@lovemebeauty.co.uk

Both Hermes and Royal Mail will attempt to delivery your order. If for whatever reason you are not in, both couriers will hold the order for 10 working days and will the customer to get in touch for redelivery. If you do not contact the courier, all orders will be sent back to the warehouse. In this instance, we will restore the credits to your account. You will however have to pay an additional £3.95 if you wish the items to be resent to you.


By placing an order for a subscription package through our site, you confirm that:

  1. You’re legally capable of entering into this contract with us;

  2. You’re at least 18 years old.



Following your initial membership period of one, three or six months, your Love Me Beauty membership will automatically renew.  For a one month subscription, your membership will renew on the 1st of the next calendar month, with your 60 credits renewed and payment taken on the same day. One month memberships can be cancelled at anytime via ‘my account’ or by emailing hello@lovemebeauty.com.  

For three and six month memberships, initial payment will be taken on the date of activation and subsequent payments taken on the 1st of each month for the minimum term. After the initial term of three or six months, memberships will automatically renew on the same three or six month plan at the new price, unless cancelled. You can cancel your initial term on or after the 24th of the last month and before the 1st of the next month via ‘my account’ to ensure the membership is not automatically renewed


Following your initial membership period of one, three, six or 12 months, your Love Me Beauty membership will automatically renew onto a one month rolling membership, which can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel during your initial term, your membership will end and no further orders will be sent. You will not, however, be eligible for a prorated of any portion of the membership fee paid for the then-current membership period.

If you cancel your pre-paid three, six or 12 month membership before the expiration date set on your account, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the membership fee paid for the then-current membership period.


By agreeing to open a membership with Love Me Beauty, you are agreeing to pay the initial term of 1, 3 or 6 months on a monthly basis for a minimum duration of the membership chosen.

For monthly memberships, you can cancel your membership at any time , but if you have been debited for the next period of your membership and have not instructed us via the site to cancel the membership, your payment is non-refundable. 

For 3 & 6 month memberships, you can cancel your membership on and after the 24th of the last month of your initial term to opt out of your membership renewal.  If you have been debited for the next period of your membership and have not instructed us via the site to cancel the membership, your payment is non-refundable.  You will still be charged for that month/term and no refund can be given for that period. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation, but we reserve the right to dismiss re-subscription where we have previously elected to cancel your membership in accordance with these Terms & Conditions .

To cancel your membership, please either email hello@lovemebeauty.com or go to ‘my account’ to manage all aspects of your membership. Alternatively, please contact a member of our team who can cancel your account for you before this time.

We reserve the right to cancel your membership, for any or no reason whatsoever, including if we believe that you are in breach of any obligation under these Terms & Conditions. If we terminate your membership as a result of a breach of any obligation under these Terms & Conditions, such termination may be immediate and without notice.


You may return your Love Me Beauty order (with the products unopened and in their original packaging, and along with proof of purchase) at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received your box.

In this case, you will receive the 60 credits so that you can replace an order minus P&P in accordance with our refunds policy (set out below).

To obtain a refund of your monthly credits, you must return the Love Me Beauty order to us as soon as reasonably practicable, to the following address: FAO Love Me Beauty Ltd, Synergy Retail Support, Crow Lane Industrial Estate, Ravens Way, Northampton NN3 9UD

You must pay the cost of returning the box, unless the contents do not correspond to the goods you ordered or if they have been damaged in transit. You must take reasonable care of the box while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may not be obligated to provide you with a refund.


If you are dissatisfied with your box, please let us know by emailing us at: hello@lovemebeauty. If the box is faulty, we may request that you return it to us (with proof of purchase) to: Synergy Retail Support, Crow Lane Industrial Estate, Ravens Way, Northampton NN3 9U. We will process any refund in accordance with our refund policy (set out below).

Details of your statutory right of cancellation, and an explanation of how to exercise it, are provided in the Dispatch Confirmation. This provision does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.


The price of any subscription will be as quoted on our site. If there’s an obvious pricing error in relation to the subscription which could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing then we have the right to cancel any subscription issued in respect of the deal and issue you a refund in respect of the same.

Payment for subscription packages may be made by credit, debit card or Paypal. We may sometimes pre-authorize your credit card, debit card and/or other method of payment when you offer to buy a subscription but will only charge your credit or debit card up to 14 days before the products are dispatched as part of the subscription package.

The subscription plan to our Services consist of an initial charge and then followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

Lovemebeauty.com may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorisation from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorisation or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Lovemebeauty.com reasonably could act. To terminate your authorisation or change your payment method, log in to your customer account and edit through the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab.

By subscribing to lovemebeauty.com you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until cancelled by you or us, on the subscription terms set out in the application form you have completed, subject to variation in accordance with the” Renewing or cancelling your subscription “section, above.

Love Me Beauty Ltd, reserves the right to change the fees for any boxes or other services at any time. We agree to notify you at least 30 days in advance of any change in fees.

Please note that should your account fall into arrears, Love Me Beauty Ltd reserves the right to pass on your details to a collection agency for retrieval of the outstanding debt. You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.


If we’re providing a refund:

  1. because you have cancelled your subscription in accordance with these Terms and Conditions within the 7-day cooling-off period from the initial start date of a subscription, or because the order is agreed to be faulty. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.

  2. for any other reason at our discretion we will notify you of such refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We’ll usually process the refund due to you as soon as we can.

  3. We’ll also usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. The refund will be the price of the subscription package minus the cost of the transaction 3.2% + 20p.

  4. We will not refund for the following reasons:
    1.Incorrect addresses entered by the consumer.
    2.Lost claims that have not been filed within 14 days of the box being dispatched.
    3.Refund made after your subscription renewal date.


Free or discounted introductory offers are only available to new users of the Love Me Beauty Ltd Service, except where expressly stated, previous users or trialists of Love Me Beauty Ltd do not qualify for an additional special offer.

  1. Free or discounted offers are available only once to any one person.

  2. Discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. This includes refer a friend codes and money off orders. 

  3. You must have internet access and valid payment details to redeem a free or discounted offer.

  4. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed.

You will be charged the full price for boxes after your free or discounted offer. We will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method for the Love Me Beauty Ltd service until you cancel scheduled boxes.

In order to be entitled to a 3 month, 6, 9 or 12-month subscription reward, the "subscriber" has to be constantly subscribed. The use of cancelling or pausing a subscription will reset their subscription period to 0. A reward will thus not be given until 3 consistent months have been achieved.

Discount codes may only be redeemed through the website (www.lovemebeauty.com) and not through any other website or method of communication. To use your Discount Code you will be required to enter its unique code at the online checkout and use of such code will be deemed to confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions and any special conditions attached to the Discount Code. This also includes all referral codes, we do not allow codes to be uploaded to 3rd party voucher sites.  



Except as otherwise expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions, our liability for losses you suffer under these Terms and Conditions (including deliberate breaches by us) is strictly limited to the purchase price of the subscription you purchased (if any) and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us. This does not include or limit in any way our liability:

  1. For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  2. Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;

  3. For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  4. For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, i.e. those which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage (even if such losses result from a deliberate breach of these terms and conditions by us that would entitle you to terminate the contract between us). Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms and Conditions, and regardless of whether such losses are foreseeable, we shall not be liable to you for any:

  1. Loss of income or revenue

  2. Loss of business

  3. Loss of profits or contracts

  4. Loss of anticipated savings

  5. Loss of data, or

  6. Waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.


We may provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking that products you purchase from third party sellers, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are disclaimed by us absolutely. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the third party.


We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.


You agree that we may assign any of our rights and/or transfer, sub-contract or delegate any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are personal to you and are agreed to by you for your own benefit and not for the benefit of any other party.


These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of them will be governed by English Law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the formation of an agreement between us (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
